Condo Update

So it turns out that we didn't get the condo we put the offer in for even though we had the higher bid. Apparently the other people had a clause that they would pay the offered amount even if it under appraised, so the seller went with their offer. Very frustrating, but maybe it just wasn't meant to be. Anyways, we are going to go with a place that is a little bit more expensive, but bigger and nicely updated. It's also slightly closer to school. Everything should work out in the end!
