Adios Barcelona, voy a Madrid

Today was another major travel day, my last within Europe. I packed up yet again and took the metro to Barcelona Sants station. To get on the high speed AVE train you have to actually go through some security, but it took all of like ten seconds. I got on the train with plenty of time to spare and ended up sitting next to two girls from Canada who were the same age as me, which was fun. The ride was only 3 hours and it went by really fast. The scenery was really different from most of the trains I have taken thus far. It was a lot more barren and relly cool in contrast, but sadly I did not take any pictures.

When I arrived in Madrid I took the metro to Sol station and walked to short distance to my hostel. I am in two different rooms over the next three nights because originally I wasnt going to arrive until tomorrow, so I will switch tomorrow afternoon. The hostel here is pretty good and I think I will enjoy it. I rested in the hostel for a bit today and then walked around the area for a little bit, but didnt see too much. I bought some food at the super market and cooked myself some pasta with tomatos, asparagus, and mushrooms with a bit of parmesean on top. Yum. I ended up finishing dinner after nine so I just went on the computer (where I still am yay real keyboard!) and I fixed the pictures on my blog back to Slovenia! Now most have captions and are sized better. I can´t believe I only have three more nights here and two more full days! Ciao y buenos noches.
