Today was Joan's last day of work here in Tororo and her last night here as well. Work was again as usual filled with consents and the screening log. After work we went with Phidelis into town to get some drinks for people and then we came back to the guest house and ordered dinner. Around. 7:30pm some of our coworkers came over for a little party for Joan's going away and a bit for mine since I am leaving on Friday. We all had a great time hanging out and dancing and talking. Almost everyone made a speech which was really nice and we all had a great time. After hanging out at the guest house most of us went to Vane Resort which is like a bar/dance place to dance some. The music was a very weird combination of eighties music complete with Michael Jackson, Madonna, Lionel Ritchie, and a bunch of songs I've never heard. We hung out for a while and went home around midnight to get some sleep. It was a really fun day!
