Week three at GHU has begun

Today was a lot less interesting than yesterday's post, and will most definitely be MUCH shorter. This morning I went to work and did my same thing as usual. I entered consent forms into the database and played around on the Internet a bit as well. I'm also helping the study coordinator figure out signing up for the GRE. Molly, do you have any study tips? Anyways, I had lunch at TASO as usual and they had some eggplant today that was different. It tasted kind of fish like to me, but just put some G nut sauce on it and you're good to go. Joan was out of the office on field visits today so it was just me and the guys in the office, but it was a good day. I even got to Skype with the puppies. Ethan in particular thinks it is hilarious how much I love my dogs since they aren't kept as pets in the same sense at we keep pets. Here animals are kept to serve a purpose whether it be to keep mice away, to protect, the family, for milk, to eat, etc. There is not so much cuddling and loving. We have introduced them to all the crazy US pet owners who throw their test birthday parties with cakes and Pete who dress their animals in clothes and people who groom their pets to look like other animals. They all think it's nuts. After work we went to the market and got some mangos and an avocado and that's about it. I also got some candy because I am majorly craving something sweet! We will eat dinner soon and then pass out cause I am exhausted!
