We finally made it to London! The flight from SFO was actually quite good. I watched The Vow and Beauty and the Beast and had a pretty good sleep! I think I will do fine with the time change tonight though we will have to see. Our bags came out very quickly and customs was a breeze. Excited to have another stamp in the passport haha.
We left the airport and took the Piccadilly line from Heathrow to St. Pancras rail station to check our bags . We spent a little over an hour exploring the area around St. Pancras (including an obligatory stop for a photo at platform 9 3/4 across the street at Kings Cross Station and the obligatory Lion bar purchase). There wasn't much around so we got a quick bite to eat at Pret A Manger which was delicious. Now we're going to retrieve our bags and get to the train to head to Paris!
